All of our leftover physical rewards from the Keyframes: First Summer Kickstarter! So that’s the stickers, Student ID Charms/Keychains, Pins, and Prints! If you want a preview of these items before the launch, please refer to our Kickstarter page, otherwise pictures of the item will be uploaded to the storefront.

NOTE: We only have a limited amount of each item as they are leftovers from the Kickstarter. As such, once the items have been bought, there will be no more left until we decide to produce more.

Other than the Kickstarter rewards, we’ll be offering individual beta builds/access, along with the opportunity to request voiceover work from our voice acting crew!

Yes! Shipping fees will be added to your purchase, and they’ll adjust accordingly if you have multiple items in your cart.

NOTE: We are NOT responsible for any international customs if you’re buying outside of the USA, so please be mindful of the extra costs and any custom duties you may incur.

Since we’re only doing a limited run of items, we want to be sure we’re giving interested buyers time to prepare for it for once the items are out, they’re out!

We’re starting with 4 cumulative tiers that add new rewards per level. See below for the rundown:

If you want to be a member of one of our Ko-fi tiers, you’ll be charged the day you subscribe, and will continue to be charged on that same day for every month you’re subscribed. So if you subscribed to any of our Ko-fi tiers on our launch date, the 16th, then you’ll be charged again every 16th of the following months to continue to be a member.

Once you’re a member you’ll have access to any content we posted in the past to that tier, except for the physical Mail Club Tiers (Penpal, Photography Club, and Scrapbooker Bundle).

Every month, you’ll receive mail that has a letter as if one of our characters have written it, physical prints (e.g. postcard, photo, or sticker. Along with a short note that expands on Keyframes’ setting. 

The Mail Club Tier requires advance planning in order to produce, and mail rewards in a timely fashion, and so:

1. Subscribing in a given month gets you the reward for the next month. For example, if you want the March-themed rewards, subscriptions open in February. That way we have enough time to order the right amount of prints, package them, and get them sent in March.
2. There will be cut off dates for when you can subscribe to a Mail Club Tier, usually toward the end of the month prior. These cutoff dates will be announced publicly, and should you subscribe to a Mail Club Tier after that cutoff date then you will automatically be counted for the next set of content.

These letters can be shipped worldwide, and require no shipping fees. We will, of course, require your address to send them.

It’s similar to the commissions artists hold. In that, we’ll have limited first-come-first-served slots open, where you can request a minimum of five lines for our voice actors to say. These requests can have just one voice actor/character or multiple! That said, the price is dependent on how many voice actors you want to commission and how many lines you’d want them to read (essentially how complex the request is).

NOTE: We won’t accept any NSFW, hateful speech, or anything that goes against what we as a studio believe in. To ensure that what you want voiced is within our voice actors’ comfort and our standards, we will discuss your request with you before any payments are made.

We’re offering two types of beta testing access, a lifetime access (similar to what we put up on our Kickstarter) and then individual beta builds. 

Lifetime access is a one-time purchase for 105$ USD (similar to what Kickstarter backers had to pay) and it comes with an invite to the private beta server, where feedback is most often collected.

The individual beta builds are not a monthly subscription, and they will be available for purchase when we finish them. The price for each build will always be 10$, and feedback will be collected separately. We’ll also make an announcement whenever a new build is out so anyone who doesn’t have access can grab a copy.

While subscribers will receive physical rewards (prints, etc.) in the month they’re themed for, we’ll run reprint batches a few months later for people who only want to buy physical rewards.

Storefront reprint preorders are planned to run 4 times a year, and they will be open for physical rewards from the past 3 months. That means the cast letters, prints, and sticker sets from the Mail Room tier will return for individual purchase, just later in the year. After preorders close, we’ll reprint rewards and get to shipping!

We’re busy developing a game! Running bundled preorder batches a few times a year will be much easier on us, while giving people a chance to grab physical rewards if they prefer not to subscribe.
